Information you provide

When you submit a quote request or contact Markhouse, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and details about your project. We use that information to review and respond to your inquiry, coordinate requested services and maintain appropriate business records.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing email list.

Website and analytics information

This site uses Google Analytics and HubSpot website tracking to understand general website activity, such as pages viewed, referral sources and broad usage patterns. The quote form may also record the page and campaign information that led to an inquiry. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-form project descriptions to Google Analytics.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate the website and process inquiries. The current website architecture uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Analytics and HubSpot for site measurement, and HubSpot as the intended system of record for quote inquiries. Those providers handle information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect form submissions, including server-side validation and bot protection. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be retained for as long as it is reasonably useful for responding to inquiries, maintaining business records and meeting applicable obligations.
